存 has been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Employers for 多样性 for 2020. The recognition marks 存 as one of the top 500 employers that boasts the most diverse boards and executive ranks and the most proactive diversity and inclusion initiatives in corporate America.

Forbes determined the list with research partner Statista to survey 60,000 Americans working for business with at least 1,000 employees in the US. The survey focused on issues related to age, gender equality, 种族, 残疾, LGBTQA+ and general diversity concerning their own employer. In addition, Forbes examined each firms’ employer diversity policies and diversity in executive suites and on boards.
